The project aims to create a new high-end hospitality facility, consisting of a newly constructed building designed with full respect for the environment, along with the restoration of the ancient medieval hamlet of Torre della Montina.
The project seeks to enhance an area of significant historical and landscape value by recovering existing buildings and integrating them with new sustainable architecture, with particular attention to quality, comfort, and harmony with the natural surroundings.
